For the first time in a couple of weeks, I felt good enough to exercise today. I’ve had a cold that was intense and has lingered for quite some time. After this short lapse, I could notice a difference in my ability. Not by much, but my strength had notably weakened.
It felt good to exercise again. To push myself and take care of my body. My body is my greatest asset; I want to keep it in good shape. Today I’m thankful for my health, and that this setback was only a cold.
